Thank you for choosing OmniSeek (the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “OmniSeek”). These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and related services. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, accessing, or using OmniSeek, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
OmniSeek is an AI-powered visual recognition and search application. Depending on the features made available in your region and version, OmniSeek may allow you to upload, scan, or capture images and receive AI-generated identifications, classifications, summaries, explanations, recommendations, translations, or related results concerning visible items such as products, plants, animals, food, landmarks, artworks, documents, and other objects.
OmniSeek provides informational and assistive tools only. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. OmniSeek does not guarantee that any recognition result, recommendation, or explanation is correct or fit for a particular purpose. By using the service, you acknowledge that AI "hallucinations" (the generation of false or plausible-sounding but incorrect information) are a known technical limitation.
Strict Prohibition: You must not rely on OmniSeek as a substitute for professional advice or for safety-critical decisions. OmniSeek is NOT a tool for medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial consulting, or the identification of hazardous materials (such as toxic plants, fungi, or dangerous chemicals). Use of the App in life-threatening or emergency situations is strictly prohibited.
We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue part or all of the App at any time, including features, workflows, model providers, user interfaces, and technical architecture. For material changes, we may provide notice through the App, the applicable app store listing, email, or other reasonable means.
OmniSeek may support guest access, device-based access, or account-based access depending on the feature and platform. Certain features may require you to sign in through an Apple, Google, or other platform account, or to maintain an active subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, credentials, and account access methods, and for all activity that occurs under your access. You may not transfer, sell, rent, or lend your account or access rights to any other person.
You may use OmniSeek only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use OmniSeek only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, engaged in unlawful conduct, attempted to interfere with our systems, or exposed us, our users, or third parties to risk.
You may submit images, screenshots, text prompts, questions, and other materials (“User Content”) only if you own them or otherwise have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use them with OmniSeek.
Subject to these Terms, you may use OmniSeek for your personal, internal, and lawful purposes, including scanning, recognizing, organizing, saving, and sharing results generated for your own use.
You may not: (a) upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; (b) upload unlawful, harmful, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable content; (c) use automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or other abusive methods to access or extract the service; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, model weights, prompts, or system instructions from the App; (e) bypass usage limits, payment flows, or technical restrictions; (f) interfere with the App’s normal operation, overload infrastructure, or probe for vulnerabilities; or (g) use OmniSeek to build or benchmark a competing service without our written permission.
We may review, filter, block, remove, or refuse User Content and may take enforcement actions against accounts or devices that violate these Terms or applicable law. We may do so with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
The App, including its software, interfaces, branding, logos, text, graphics, compilations, model orchestration, and related technology, is owned by OmniSeek or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
You retain whatever rights you have in the User Content you submit. By submitting User Content to OmniSeek, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, reproduce, process, and use that User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and provide the requested services to you.
Subject to applicable law and any third-party rights, you may use the output generated for you by the App for your lawful personal or internal business purposes. However, because AI systems may produce similar or identical outputs for different users, OmniSeek does not warrant that any output is unique, exclusively available to you, or protectable as intellectual property.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, you agree that we may use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your payment is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store/Google Play account settings.
Refund requests must be directed to the platform (Apple or Google) through which the purchase was made.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniSeek is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, security, compatibility, or that defects will always be corrected.
AI recognition and generative systems may misidentify objects, omit relevant context, reflect training bias, or generate low-confidence or ambiguous results. You are responsible for independently evaluating whether any output is appropriate for your intended use.
The App may depend on or link to third-party providers, app stores, model providers, payment processors, analytics services, cloud infrastructure, or external content. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and policies.
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using OmniSeek, you acknowledge that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may stop using OmniSeek at any time. We may terminate or suspend access to the App, in whole or in part, at any time if required for security, maintenance, legal compliance, product changes, or enforcement of these Terms. We are not liable for any unavailability, loss of access, or deletion of content to the extent permitted by law.
